Brand New / Sealed

Untouched. Factory Sealed.

Device is 100% brand new, never opened, never activated. Comes in original manufacturer retail packaging with factory seal intact. Zero charge cycles. Eligible for full 1-year official manufacturer warranty.

Grade A

Like New. Flawless.

The highest quality used device. Screen is flawless with zero scratches. Housing may have extremely microscopic imperfections invisible at arm's length. Looks and feels brand new. Battery health guaranteed >90%. Fully functional 30-point tested.

Grade B

Minor Wear. Great Value.

Shows light signs of normal use. Screen may have light surface scratches (not visible when screen is lit). Housing will have minor scuffs or small nicks, but no major dents or cracks. The best balance of price and condition. Battery health >80%. Fully functional.

Grade C

Visible Wear. Budget Friendly.

Heavy signs of use are apparent. Screen will have visible/deep scratches (detectable with fingernail). Housing will have obvious dents, scuffs, or discoloration. No cracks in glass. Fully functional internally despite cosmetic flaws.

Grade D

Heavy Damage. Functional.

Significant cosmetic damage. May include deep scratches, heavy dents, or cracked back housing (depending on batch definition). Front screen glass is intact but heavily scratched. Device still passes functional tests (powers on, touch works, makes calls).

Auction / AS-IS

Broken / For Repair.

Devices that fail our functional testing or have severe physical damage (e.g., Cracked LCD, Bad FaceID, Water Damage, No Power). Sold strictly AS-IS for parts or refurbishment. NO WARRANTY. NO RETURNS. All data wiped.
